Originally, the Protection 3-Layer fabric was developed for mountain guides. It is remarkably lightweight, stretchy, breathable, and both wind- and water-resistant. The durable outer surface is bonded with the technical membrane and lining for long-lasting performance. The Albert model, also a perfect companion for everyday city life in winter, is additionally equipped with the RECCO® avalanche rescue system. Features such as the snow gaiter, adjustable hood, and rubberized zippers come as standard. The fit is comfortably relaxed, allowing room for layering extra warmth on particularly cold days. Thanks to a drawcord, the jacket’s width can be individually adjusted. And if the weather unexpectedly warms up or you start to sweat during snow hiking, the two side zippers can be opened for ventilation.
