Order around the clock, quickly and conveniently in our online shop. The ordering process begins when you visit our website and browse our product selection. Once you find a product that piques your interest, click on it for more information. On the product page you will find detailed details such as product descriptions, prices, available sizes, color options and product images. You can then select the size and color variant you want and add the product to your shopping cart.
In the shopping cart you have the opportunity to review your product selection and make adjustments if necessary, such as changing the quantity or removing products. To start the payment process, click on the “Checkout” button. During the checkout process you will be asked to provide shipping information, your billing address and payment information.
In the next step, you can select your desired shipping method, including options such as

FedEx Overnight (estimated next business day arrival): $30.00
You then enter your payment information to complete the order. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and more.
After successful payment you will receive an order confirmation page as well as a confirmation email containing all the details of your order and a unique order number. Our team will process your order carefully, pack the products securely and ship them to the delivery address you provided. Finally, you will receive the ordered products according to the shipping method you selected.
Eligible orders placed before 2:00 pm (CST) on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes after your order is placed. Once shipped you will receive another email with tracking information.
In order to provide you with a comprehensive service, in addition to online ordering, you also have the option of placing your order by phone.

If the purchased products from Frauenschuh.us do not meet your requirements, you are welcome to return the items to us and we will offer you a full refund. Here are some important information you should be aware of:
- We accept returns within 14 days from the day your order arrived.
- Please make sure that the returned items are in new and unused condition with the original labels still attached.
- We would like to point out that shipping charges are non-refundable and are excluded from refunds.
Please note that FRAUENSCHUH.us can only refund items that are unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with labels not removed. If items show signs of use, the acceptance of the item may be refused.

- Please use the FedEx return label that came with your shipment and drop your return off at FedEx.
- Please fill out the enclosed return slip carefully and put it in the package.
- Pack the item(s) and return slip in the original shipping material or a plain cardboard box.
- Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of the parcel.
- Drop off your package at any FedEx store or simply schedule a FedEx pickup at FedEx.com
- Your order will be refunded when the return is processed. Typically, it takes between five 5 and 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note that FRAUENSCHUH.us can only refund items that are returned within the return period of 14 business days after receipt of the order and are in unworn, unwashed and perfect condition with the tags not removed.
