We are a family business from Kitzbühel, which has been managed for over 40 years by Kaspar Frauenschuh and his sister Theresia Frauenschuh-Broz. FRAUENSCHUH stands for timeless and luxurious women's - and men's clothing. Our specially developed, high-tech materials such as Premium Softshell or Nylon Quilt are combined with traditional fabrics like loden and wool to shape a uniquely FRAUENSCHUH silhouette recognizable the world round.
In the meantime, the third generation has joined the company and acts in good conscience, in line with the FRAUENSCHUH philosophy.

Since we are based in Texas, only Texas customers are required to pay sales tax.
Once an order is submitted, we can't change or modify it, but we might be able to cancel it.

Eligible orders placed before 2:00 pm (CST) on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
We would like to point out that all orders from Frauenschuh are handled exclusively by FedEx shipping service.(US orders only) The following shipping rates are available :
Free of Charge: Economy, expected arrival within 7 business days.
Free of Charge: 2-Day, expected arrival in 2 business days.
$30: Overnight, expected arrival next business day.
Shipping rates for Canada:
Orders over $500: Free of Charge: Fedex International, expected arrival within 7 business days
Orders under $500: $50.00 USD: Fedex International, expected arrival within 7 business days
You will receive a confirmation E-mail with a tracking number when you place your order. Keep your order number for future reference. If you created an account, you can check the status of your order by logging into the “My Account” section of our website. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped. If the purchased products from Frauenschuh.us do not meet your requirements, you are welcome to return the items to us and we will offer you a full refund. Here are some important information you should be aware of:
- We accept returns within 14 days from the day your order arrived.
- Please make sure that the returned items are in new and unused condition with the original labels still attached.
- We would like to point out that shipping charges are non-refundable and are excluded from refunds.
Please note that FRAUENSCHUH.us can only refund items that are unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with labels not removed. If items show signs of use, the acceptance of the item may be refused.
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want to make sure your return goes as smoothly as possible. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
- Please use the FedEx return label that came with your shipment and drop your return off at FedEx.
- Please fill out the enclosed return slip carefully and put it in the package.
- Pack the item(s) and return slip in the original shipping material or a plain cardboard box.
- Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of the parcel.
- Drop off your package at any FedEx store or simply schedule a FedEx pickup at FedEx.com
- Your order will be refunded when the return is processed. Typically, it takes between five 5 and 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
