All leather pieces by Frauenschuh are not suitable for conventional cleaning due to a special ecological tanning process.

In case of minor surface dirt, we recommend gently rubbing the suede sides against each other. The friction creates warmth, which helps the impurities to be absorbed into the pores of the leather. For heavier soiling, professional leather cleaning is advised. Please avoid any pre-treatment with chemical substances.

To refresh the leather garment, air it out overnight in a well-ventilated outdoor area. Avoid direct sunlight or moonlight to prevent fading or other changes to the leather.
