All leather pieces from Frauenschuh, due to a special ecological tanning process, are not suitable for conventional cleaning.

For light surface soiling, we recommend gently rubbing the leather sides against each other. The friction generates warmth, helping the dirt to settle into the pores of the leather. For heavier soiling, professional leather cleaning is required.

It is important not to pre-treat the leather with any chemical substances. To refresh the leather, we recommend hanging the product outdoors overnight in a well-ventilated area. Be sure to avoid exposure to direct sunlight or moonlight to prevent fading or other damage.
